Specialty Backup Available: Full hospital and surgical support

Support Staff Available: Nurse practitioners (inpatient and outpatient)

Reason for Coverage: Growth and expansion of physician services

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer

Job Requirements

Licenses: Active IN license (or ability to obtain)

Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery

Fellowship: Fellowship trained in Breast Reconstruction

Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads

Other Qualifications: Strong skills in reconstructive surgery and interdisciplinary collaboration

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide inpatient and outpatient breast reconstruction surgical care

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary surgical and healthcare team

Document patient care using EPIC EMR system

Contribute to system growth in surgical and specialty services
