Opened in December 2021, the IU Health Bloomington Hospital on the new Indiana University Regional Academic Health Center campus serves Hoosiers close to home in the south-central region. The 557 million dollar facility is designed to improve healthcare in South Central Indiana and help make Indiana one of the healthiest states in the nation.
Position Details
Shift work; 9 hours at IU Health Bloomington Hospital or 12 hours at smaller area hospitals including IU Health Bedford, Paoli and Morgan hospitals Schedule: Shifts vary month to month; typically 130 hours per month; days, evenings, nights Community based care with high acuity Procedures performed include endotracheal intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement, and cardioversion
Qualifications
BE/BC in Emergency Medicine required Fellowship trained preferred

The group covers a patient base of just under 500,000 and employs around 500 providers.
