Our client is looking for a director to lead transformational clinical operations in a high-growth healthcare technology environment, directing a team of 200+ frontline professionals while driving operational excellence and exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management: Scale leadership to direct and inspire 200+ non-exempt employees across clinical operations, fostering engagement, performance excellence, and operational accountability. Talent Development: Develop and mentor frontline management, build leadership capabilities, and establish succession planning to support rapid growth. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to recruit, develop, and retain top-tier clinical management and operations talent. Clinical Operations Excellence: Optimize high-volume patient throughput while enhancing care quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency. Quality Assurance: Ensure safe, effective, timely patient care through adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Partner with Clinical Quality and cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement process enhancements. Strategic & Financial Leadership: Provide strategic direction focused on building high-performing teams with a patient-first, quality-driven culture. Fiscal Responsibility: Drive cost efficiency through operational transformation, workflow optimization, and resource management. Technology Integration: Support development of clinical functions that leverage technology for intuitive, simple care delivery aligned with company mission. Stakeholder Engagement: Cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization to define project priorities and resource strategic initiatives. Communication Excellence: Engage internal and external stakeholders with clear communication of objectives, performance, and outcomes. Customer Service: Maintain a commitment to exceptional customer service across all operational touchpoints. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required Master of Health Administration or MBA highly preferred Registered Nurse certification or equivalent clinical role preferred Experience Requirements

Minimum 7 years of management experience in medical device, healthcare services, or related industry Large team management of 150+ structures with direct and indirect FTEs and non-exempt employees 5+ years experience in cardiac monitoring or acute care settings (Telemetry, ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab) Recent cardiac experience with demonstrated expertise in cardiac rhythm detection preferred Proven track record managing operational processes for maximum productivity and quality outcomes Essential Competencies
