Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership Maintain excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with Operations to attain financial objectives Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices Qualifications
Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school Compensation & Benefits
