About The Team The Director of Implementations is crucial to Alloy’s Technical Solutions organization, leading Enterprise, Mid-Market, Fintech, and Partner implementation teams. This role focuses on improving client outcomes, accelerating time-to-value, ensuring quality delivery, and optimizing resources. The Director collaborates with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Technical Solutions teams to maximize client use of Alloy’s technology. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment, encouraging onsite collaboration twice a week and quarterly in-person meetings. What You'll Be Doing Oversee client implementations, ensuring rapid and successful go-lives. Define service and success criteria for Ideal Client Profiles. Manage KPIs like time-to-go-live, backlog, and team margins. Identify and implement process improvements. Mentor and develop Implementation Managers, supporting engagement and growth. Lead hiring and onboarding of new team members. Build strong client relationships during implementation to ensure satisfaction and potential expansion. Manage risks and resolve critical issues proactively. Review and approve Statements of Work with Sales, aligning with product capabilities and client expectations. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and reduce time to first value. Report on key metrics, risks, and insights to stakeholders. Develop training materials on implementation for internal teams and clients. Who We’re Looking For 5+ years in client-facing technical implementation roles and managing high-performing teams, including managers. Proven track record of KPI improvements in implementation or services organizations. Experience leading organizational change and process improvements. Ability to handle escalated client issues effectively by collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams. Cross-functional skills, especially with commercial, product, and engineering teams. Technical experience with APIs, distributed systems, databases, or developer tools. Bonus: Experience with banks, fintechs, or regulated industries. Bonus: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to fintech or banking. We offer a direct impact role with growth opportunities as the company scales.
