Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community. Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships. Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively. Anticipate their needs while checking them into the waiting queue, ensuring a smooth visit. Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM. Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, adhering to bank policies and procedures. Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service, assisting with specialized financial needs to elevate the client experience. Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts. Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth and secure operations. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements with a focus on smooth, efficient operations. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership and operational proficiency with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Ability to educate and empower the branch team and partners, keeping them informed. Excellent client engagement skills and the ability to refer clients to experts when needed. 1+ years of retail banking experience. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience. College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement

Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement. Ability to travel as required for in-person training and meetings. About Us
