System Wide Practice specifics
Essentia Health is seeking exceptional hospitalists to join our System-Wide Float Pool. This hospitalist will primarily travel the North Country, providing needed care “Close to Home!” Responsibilities and expectations
Ideal candidates should be flexible team players, willing to address complex issues in hospital medicine within a collaborative environment. Join a team of nearly 100+ hospitalists, including physicians and NP/PAs. Enjoy great flexibility with a 1.0 FTE equating to 168 shifts, typically following a 7/7 schedule for 24 weeks per year. Mileage/rental car and lodging (if desired) are reimbursed for travel from Primary Location. Procedures are not required. Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Record throughout the entire Essentia system. Short-term vent management (up to 24 hours) is required in Virginia. Additional training supplied if necessary. Dedicated nocturnist teams. Coverage locations

Detroit Lakes, MN: 36-bed, Level III Trauma Center; 45 miles East of Fargo. Duluth, MN: 140-bed multi-specialty hospital with various units; CMS 4-Star rating. Fargo, ND: 133-bed, Level II Trauma Center. Compensation
