Expected Salary: $252,625 - $356,250 Comprehensive benefits package. About UF Health

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience. Preferred Qualifications: Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification. Medical Degree - M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Board certified in the appropriate subspecialty. Completion of an accredited residency program. Special Instructions To Applicants
