Patient Demographics: Adult patients with rheumatologic conditions Phone Consults: Yes Case Mix: General rheumatology with option to tailor subspecialty interests Facility Information
EMR System: EPIC – HIMSS Stage VII certified Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient rheumatology tools Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians Support Staff Available: Full hospital and clinic support team Reason for Coverage: System expansion and growth Privileges & Compliance
Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer Compensation & Benefits

Licenses: Active IN license (or ability to obtain) Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads Other Qualifications: Subspecialty interests encouraged; EMR proficiency (EPIC) Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient rheumatology care Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams in a collegial setting Document using EPIC EMR Contribute to expanding rheumatology services within a growing system Seniority level
