7a-7a - 24 hour shifts Setting: Clinic and Inpatient Call FTE: 0 Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-sections in last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months. EMR: EPIC Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN Physicians working with CRNAs and midwives Reason for Coverage:

Adequate procedures for privileging need to have procedure log at time of candidate presentation. EMR Required Training:
Module (learn lessons) must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training. EMR virtual training only able to attend if modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed prior to the provider's first day. Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: payor credentialing 60 days from state license issue Credentialing with other facilities? No Billing enrollment: Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No Submission Requirements:
Board Certified OBGYN - Required or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion) Active KS license - Highly Preferred Active BLS - Required for credentialing Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.) Candidates must be available for any of the stints detailed in the job description to be considered - Required Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in the job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED - Self Inquiry NPDB report is required prior to an offer being made. Procedure Logs - REQUIRED BY BID DUE DATE. Providers without after the bid ends will NOT be presented. Additional Details:
