Responsibilities

Patient-centered, physician led, team-based and collaborative work environment Financially stable, growing organization 24/7 APP Support with outstanding group of experienced NNPs Zero premium health insurance plan option with employer HSA contribution and added healthy lifestyle incentives. 401(k) match and 100% vesting from first day of employment. Sign on bonus $40,000 Relocation expenses covered Malpractice Coverage plus tail $5,000 annual CME allowance Base salary tiered based on experience, up to $365,000 $12,000 annual incentive potential Loan Repayment Programs
Opportunity Details:
Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists to evenly share rounding & call coverage
176 annual shifts 24/7 in-house NNP, employed by the hospital A collaborative approach to care Night call from home, with 30 min response time expectation
Level III NICU:
18 beds ADC: 10 1000 Annual deliveries
