Amazon Web Services (AWS) The AWS Security Incident Response service team is dedicated to helping customers prepare for, respond to, and recover from security events. We leverage AWS's expertise to establish automated, scalable security incident response solutions that drive superior security outcomes for our customers. Our mission is to provide world-class incident response capabilities and build innovative security automation that helps protect organizations worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for imagining, designing, and building the next generation of incident response capabilities within AWS Security Incident Response. You will be the voice of the customer within AWS, prioritizing development of new products and features, defining requirements, guiding engineering teams, and building go-to-market strategy. This role will be visible at the highest levels of the company and requires coordination across many internal and external teams. AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help our customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. Our teams work across Professional Services, Training and Certification, Support, and Managed Services, and collaborate with AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center. You’ll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud. Key job responsibilities

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, strategic, and adept at managing multiple work streams to build repeatable and scalable processes and mechanisms. Spend time with customers (internal and external) to understand their needs and define innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions to achieve customer or business outcomes. Build strong relationships with security partners and the AWS partner ecosystem to enhance incident response capabilities. Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the integration between AWS Security Incident Response and other AWS security services. Solve complex business challenges and continuously improve the customer experience. Work closely with multiple engineering teams and designers to deliver results to customers. Create the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for our products and work with key stakeholders to deliver on that vision (e.g., sales, partner teams). Build the go-to-market plan and ensure that sales, SAs, and partner teams have what they need to be successful. About The Team

5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager 3+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, etc.) Experience taking a product from conception through engineering design and to market Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products with full lifecycle ownership from concept to GTM Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or business Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders to align on a single vision for a consistent product experience Security and compliance domain knowledge preferred Hands-on experience with AWS Services Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on protected status.
