The CHOC Specialists Endocrinology and Diabetes Division seeks a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join the outpatient team. The successful candidate will work with a group of ten physicians and four advanced practice providers who offer a full range of Pediatric Endocrinology services for infants, children, adolescents and young adults. The team focuses on endocrine conditions including growth, thyroid, puberty, adrenal and calcium disorders, and diabetes mellitus (type 1 and type 2). Responsibilities

Provide clinical care in the outpatient Endocrinology and Diabetes Division for pediatric patients. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of physicians and APPs to deliver patient-centered care. Manage a wide range of endocrine conditions and ensure continuity of care across follow-up visits and treatments. Communicate effectively with patients and families to support understanding of diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up. Qualifications

CA licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Minimum of two years of direct patient care experience. Experience in pediatrics required; experience in pediatric endocrinology or related specialty is desirable. About CHOC Specialists

Employer: Pediatric Subspecialty Faculty (PSF) within CHOC Specialists, a private pediatric subspecialty group. Location: CHOC facilities in Orange County, CA, including two hospitals in Orange and Mission Viejo. Salary: Annual salary range listed as $141,794.00 to $233,958.00; compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
