Position: RN Emergency at Dignity Health — St. Bernardine Medical Center (San Bernardino, CA). Responsibilities
Use emergency triage protocol to intake, discharge or admit patients. Deliver stabilizing care to emergency patients of all ages as part of the ER team, adapting care to changes in the patient’s condition as needed. Document the nursing care plan and changes in the patient’s condition; provide care that is sensitive to and respectful of cultural differences, values, beliefs, and customs. Engage in activities that will benefit patient outcomes, such as patient experience initiatives, mentoring, and related duties. Qualifications
Prefer one (1) year of clinical nursing experience in an Emergency Department or Critical Care Unit (unable to accommodate applicants without one year of critical care experience).
