Prosthodontist or General Dentist
with full arch, fixed experience to join our team as a
Restorative Doctor .

Compensation Hours are full-time, 4-5 days a week. Compensation is a base salary plus a percentage of production. Estimated earnings: year 1 up to $500,000; year 2+ up to $550,000, with top performers earning higher. Restorative Doctors typically earn between $300,000 and $525,000 in year 1 and $320,000 to $550,000 in year 2 and beyond.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treatment plan All-on-X.
Educate patients on treatment options.
Collaborate with Prosthodontists, Dentists, and Oral Surgeons to complete All-on-X treatment.
Execute high-quality prosthetic treatment across all phases.
Build rapport with patients and staff to support a cohesive office environment.
Deliver prosthetics to the standards established by the practice.
Day In The Life
Review patient information and cone-beam CT scans to diagnose and plan All-on-X treatment.
Create preoperative prosthodontic plans and coordinate with treating surgeons.
Check in during surgeries to provide prosthodontic guidance.
Gather records after surgery and create lab prescriptions according to Nuvia's workflow.
Deliver next-day permanent restorations to surgical patients.
Conduct follow-up appointments.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited dental school (DDS/DMD).
Certificate in Prosthodontics from an ADA-accredited program, or equivalent experience.
Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Rhode Island.
DEA registration.
Current ACLS and BLS certification.
Ability to maintain professional malpractice insurance.
All-on-X restorative treatment experience.
Extensive removable prosthodontics experience.
Implant planning on CBCT.
AEGD/GPR/Prosth residency trained.
