Overview
Customer Success Manager at FourKites, Inc. You will provide the best customer experience by building a consultative relationship with your book of business to grow and retain customers. You will partner with the Sales team to help customers meet business objectives while identifying opportunities to expand the FourKites footprint. As the owner of the day-to-day management of your customers, you will become their go-to expert in all things FourKites, from training on the platform to creating actionable goals for optimizing their supply chain. Responsibilities
Own the overall relationship with assigned customers, increasing adoption, driving usage, and ensuring retention and satisfaction Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy Work with customers to establish critical goals or KPIs and help them achieve those goals Facilitate a quarterly Executive Business Review to review goals, progress, and opportunities Identify white-space and upsell opportunities Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally and manage account escalations Collaborate internally to align on customer priorities Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience with enterprise customers in a Customer Success or Account Management role at a SaaS company Supply Chain industry experience preferred Strong multitasking and workload prioritization skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company with rapid change Demonstrates efficiency, problem solving, and timely, quality-focused work Bilingual proficiency is a plus About the Team
