As a Senior Product Manager - Tech at Audible, you will deliver value to customers, creators, and the business by delivering content. This may include areas such as consumer experiences, creator experiences, and foundational systems including content publishing and contract management. Responsibilities

Frame and lead discussions with key business and technical stakeholders to assess opportunities, make data-driven recommendations, and build consensus by leading tradeoff discussions that yield actionable decisions Support building the long-term strategy and roadmap for your area, helping to set the vision and guidance Identify opportunities to innovate and balance big ideas with incremental impact, including the integration of AI technologies Maintain and evolve the product roadmap with a strong focus on KPIs and a flexible prioritization framework Write and communicate functional requirements, partnering with product, tech, marketing, UX, and insights stakeholders Use lean development tools, such as experimentation and rapid prototyping, to drive strategic product decisions Manage dependencies and unblock teams to optimize discovery and delivery Escalate issues early and adjust plans based on new information Proactively communicate product metrics and insights, demonstrating how features benefit customers and the business Be the authority on the customer, creator, and business areas you manage Drive ownership and support peers in Audible’s initiatives Continually monitor media industry trends in AI technology to ensure Audible delivers value for evolving customer needs Explore and implement AI-driven solutions for content creation, summarization, recommendation, and personalization Basic Qualifications

6+ years of relevant management experience in consumer technology Experience maintaining a product roadmap and delivering value Experience in agile, lean product management on high-velocity teams Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate ambiguous ideas Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a total compensation company; equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits may be provided as part of a total package.
