Job Summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Urology, is seeking a full-time physician to develop a practice in General Urology to join their state-of-the-art practice in Frisco, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive urologic care to a diverse patient population while engaging in teaching, research, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, a patient-centered approach, and enthusiasm for contributing to an academic medical center committed to innovation, education, and outstanding outcomes.

Position Highlights

  • Bread-and-butter general urology, with flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests
  • Mix of outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and surgical cases
  • Access to advanced surgical technologies, including robotics and minimally invasive platforms
  • Join a nationally recognized Department of Urology with subspecialty experts and a strong referral base
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration with oncology, radiology, gastroenterology, and primary care teams

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency
  • Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Urologist
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Strong commitment to clinical excellence, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
