PT - Outpatient needed asapThe traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.Local Travelers are NOT accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from facility. At least 1 year of previous PT experience requiredAt least 1 travel contract completed - preferredOP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day/week in Acute CareEPIC experience BLS

Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
OP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day/week in Acute Care
