We are looking for a

Partner Programs Manager

to join our Partnerships team. In this role, you will drive the development and launch of global programs that identify and reward partners for delivering value to customers. The goal is to amplify the Grammarly + partner ecosystem value, expand our reach, and support a value-driven network of partners delivering transformative productivity experiences to customers. As part of Grammarly’s go-to-market teams, you will help expand the use of our innovative AI writing tools and ensure organizations communicate effectively and efficiently. In This Role, You Will

Develop and manage innovative partner programs to accelerate and drive Grammarly’s global growth through Partners Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and gather insights from partners to identify, design, and implement programs that provide transformative productivity experiences and support strategic objectives Build internal and external documentation that clearly articulates benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, and other program details Support the build, growth, and scale of programs for long-term partner ecosystem success Serve as a subject matter expert on the partner program, guiding internal stakeholders and partners via multiple communication channels Collect and manage field and partner feedback to identify improvements and opportunities for mutual growth Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience in partner program management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment Proven track record of developing program content that drives awareness and engagement Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience working with partners and within a partner or sales organization Comfortable engaging at all organizational levels to deliver results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, manage priorities across multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments Embody Grammarly’s EAGER values: Ethical, Adaptable, Gritty, Empathetic, Remarkable Inspired by MOVE principles: move fast and learn faster, create customer value, focus on impact, and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust Compensation And Benefits
