Gartner’s Consulting business provides technology strategy consulting to public sector clients with a focus on enabling mission-critical priorities. The role involves sustaining and growing Gartner Consulting’s relationship with a defined portfolio of Gartner clients and advising at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, demonstrating how technology enables business outcomes. What you’ll do
Advise clients at the highest strategic level on how technology enables business outcomes, in particular for state and local government with Medicaid focus. Collaborate with Expert Partners, Managing Partners, and others to deliver the best solutions to clients on project-based engagements grounded in Gartner Research and Advisory insights. Lead and grow client relationships within a defined portfolio, sustaining revenue and driving value through technology-enabled transformations. What you’ll need
Experience working with state and local government clients with expertise in Medicaid Experience and expertise with ERP systems and transformations (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365) Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery and sales capacity A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive public sector priorities Experience working with multiple IT solutions Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal Commitment to team success and ability to provide constructive action when needed Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and development of solutions and strategies aligned with Gartner frameworks Ability to be hands-on and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously MBA or other advanced degree preferred Who you are

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 213,000 USD base, with bonus or incentive opportunities.
