July . We are seeking a
skilled and motivated dental technician
who has served as either a
department manager
or a
senior-level technician managing team members , and is now ready to

Key Responsibilities
Technical & Case Management: Perform
bench work (80%)
during the first 6 months while recruiting and training your team Hands-on work in
crowns, bridges, implants, removables, and All-on-X restorations Assist technicians with
case troubleshooting
and support complex case planning Oversee and maintain
quality control
protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality case outcomes Contribute to the adoption of new techniques and improvements in fabrication processes
Leadership & Operations: Lead, train, and develop a growing team of technicians to ensure operational excellence Oversee end-to-end workflow from case intake to final delivery, ensuring
efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy Collaborate with doctors and the internal business development team to ensure client satisfaction Build and manage
production schedules , team performance evaluations, and supply cost controls Monitor and report on
key performance indicators (KPIs), lab output, and business development progress Ensure adherence to
OSHA standards, safety regulations, and lab best practices Optimize workflows and identify root causes of remakes to improve profitability and consistency
Qualifications Minimum
5+ years
of experience in a dental laboratory, with strong focus on
fixed restorations, implants, removables, and All-on-X cases 2+ years
of experience in a supervisory or department lead role Strong command of
CAD/CAM workflows , including software such as
3Shape
and
Exocad Proficiency in both
digital design
and
hands-on fabrication Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-must be confident interfacing with doctors, clients, and team members Knowledge of dental materials and case troubleshooting Ability to analyze production metrics and contribute to business operations and reporting Local candidates preferred;

Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:
$100,000-$125,000, based on experience Bonus Program:
