This role will be responsible for a large scope of analysis and reporting, including benchmarking studies, surveys, ongoing rewards programs and standard month-over-month reviews. This position requires 3-5 years of comp experience, excellent communication and the ability to proactively champion the areas of finance as they relate to human capital. We're seeking a dynamic, sharp, and discreet Compensation Analyst (or Specialist) with a strong command of compensation strategy, market analysis, and data interpretation. About the Role You'll join a close-knit, trusted compensation team responsible for driving competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation programs. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, knows how to interpret data into decisions, and can navigate sensitive compensation topics with integrity and confidence. Key Responsibilities Analyze salary data and internal equity to recommend compensation strategies that support business goals Administer and manage a variety of compensation programs, including short-term incentive plans Evaluate job levels, titles, and classifications to maintain consistency and competitiveness Partner with HR and business leaders to write and revise job descriptions and compensation matrices Review, approve, and communicate compensation-related transactions across departments Stay current on state and federal regulations to ensure ongoing compliance Lead and support compensation survey participation and vendor RFI/RFP processes Deliver clear, compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership Support the development and governance of compensation policies, procedures, and internal controls Provide backup support and jump in wherever needed - we're a team-first organization Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of compensation or total rewards experience (executive/equity compensation a plus) Deep experience in job evaluations, job leveling, and salary benchmarking Strong understanding of compensation structures, pay equity analysis, and survey participation Familiarity with HR regulations, labor laws, and internal governance practices Advanced Excel skills (VBA scripting is a bonus); strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Access, and PowerPoint CCP would be nice but not required This is an onsite role.
