Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The selected individual will be required to work at various stores within a 25-mile radius of Store#707140, located at: 70360 Highway 21. Ste 4. Covington, LA 70433. This is a Full-time position. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. You will play a crucial role in promptly addressing customer concerns, ensuring maximum client satisfaction while consistently staying informed about product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while helping achieve the store's sales objectives. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by assessing their needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Processing sales transactions accurately in line with company policies and procedures. Following and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining precise work order files and formulas. Retrieving appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products as needed to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up eye-catching displays. Cleaning store equipment regularly. Loading/unloading delivery trucks as necessary. Assisting in deliveries as required. Keeping assigned areas in-stock and presentable. Remaining knowledgeable about all products offered and discussing various options with customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Suggesting innovative ways to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years old. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Capability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: At least a High School diploma or GED. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
