Key Responsibilities: Safely operate trucks to ensure timely customer deliveries. Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand to designated areas. Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures. Handle customer payments when applicable. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client relationships. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs repeatedly during each shift. Capable of driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift). Qualifications: Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse. A minimum age of 21 years is required. Valid CDL Class A license with necessary endorsements is mandatory. At least six months of commercial driving experience or three months in food or beverage delivery. Ability to operate manual transmissions preferred. Must be proficient in English to communicate effectively. Why Work at US Foods?
