We are excited to expand our team and are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to hit the road. If you have experience in the waste industry, that's a big plus! Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, starting at 6 AM until the route is complete. Overtime opportunities are often available! Compensation:

Enjoy a competitive pay rate of $28.00/hour along with a $2,000 Stay-on Bonus! Yearly Boot Allowance of $250 Yearly Safety Bonus Key Responsibilities: Operate a Roll Off truck on a designated route for delivering and picking up Drop Boxes from local mills. Drive manual transmission vehicles. Read a route tablet and service each customer as instructed by the dispatcher. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires. Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and loading/unloading, often without assistance. Use hydraulic hand controls to manage refuse lifts and dispose of trash at designated facilities. Engage courteously with customers and complete other job-related duties as required. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Engage in extensive physical activity; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects over 50 pounds is required. Work involves operating a truck for delivering and collecting Roll Off Boxes. Exposure to physical risks and outside weather conditions, including wet and/or humid environments, fumes, and vibrations. Noise levels in the work environment are generally moderate. Minimum Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement; no restrictions and ability to drive interstate and manual transmission. A minimum of 1 year experience related to the outlined duties and responsibilities. Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
