Seeking Program Manager candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE-PASS. Job Overview Provide services and support as a Professional and Administrative Support Services (Program Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE-PASS) | Office of Headquarters Procurement Services (MA-64) Generally Located In CONUS - United States and across the Southeastern Region. Responsibilities and Duties

- Program Manager | Professional and Administrative Support Services [DOE-PASS960965] Support and oversee technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project deliverables. Supervise and coordinate efforts across multiple tasks, teams, or activities to ensure project success. Develop and implement program controls, management procedures, and operational strategies. Formulate project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient project execution. Manage personnel actions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and task assignments. Coordinate the efforts of diverse teams to achieve project milestones and objectives. Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other procurement policies, as applicable. Stay informed about regulatory requirements and implement necessary procedural updates. Qualifications Desired Qualifications For Program Manager | Professional and Administrative Support Services [DOE-PASS960965] Candidates: 510 years of experience in project supervision or management, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience on technical projects. Demonstrated expertise in managing technical projects such as engineering or IT systems. Experience in developing and implementing program controls, budgets, and schedules. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, project management, or a related field. Skills Required Proficiency in managing technical projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality control. Ability to lead teams, manage personnel, and ensure alignment of efforts across multiple tasks. Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Competencies Required Excellent oral and written communication skills.
