Lab Manager
to oversee daily operations in the laboratory. This role includes supervising lab personnel, ensuring accurate and timely test results, and maintaining compliance with CLIA (1988), Pennsylvania Department of Health, and other regulatory standards. The Lab Manager will also be responsible for staff management, administrative duties, and laboratory oversight. Schedule: Full-time
Monday through Friday

Qualifications: Must meet CLIA and Pennsylvania Department of Health requirements for a Laboratory Supervisor
ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists) certification required
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support laboratory staff
Collaborate with the Laboratory Director on lab priorities and workflow
Prepare schedules and assign daily responsibilities
Ensure testing accuracy and regulatory compliance
Provide staff training and performance evaluations
Handle hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions
Maintain and review lab documentation and test results
Train employees on OSHA policies and procedures
Keep current with advancements in lab testing methods
Oversee proficiency testing
