DNFSB Interface and Coordination Specialist
ProSidian seeks a DNFSB Interface and Coordination Specialist for program support on a contract contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington across the Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek DNFSB Interface and Coordination Specialist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) oversight and general support services under job task category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) functional area/swim lane/category discipline professional - general support services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO) position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Provide services and support as a DNFSB Interface and Coordination Specialist (General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO)) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on environmental services solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM/HFO) | DOE Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH generally located in CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (of country/world). Safety, environment, and quality services ensure compliance, protect workers, and advance Hanfords cleanup mission success. Responsibilities and duties - DNFSB Interface and Coordination Specialist: Track DNFSB actions, brief DOE/contractors, prepare closure packages. This role provides support for Program Office #05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) under Job Task #05.18 - DNFSB Interface and Coordination Specialist with support functions for electrical, facility representative, industrial hygiene/occupational safety, training, environmental/regulatory, safety and security enforcement, nuclear safety, criticality safety, engineering (radiological protection, structural, quality assurance, fire protection), technical & regulatory support services provided across the Hanford Field Office (HFO). DNFSB Interface and Coordination Specialist: Manages communication and coordination with the DNFSB, supporting audits and developing program plans. This role is crucial for managing the interface between DOE Hanford and the DNFSB, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and compliance with DNFSB requests and recommendations. With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 1 FTEs for this ProSidian Engagement Team Role. The role(s) are located in the Pacific Northwest Region is at or near CONUS - Richland, Washington.
