The Assistant Community Manager supports residents with complex needs, including housing instability, mental health challenges, and substance use. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain safe and compliant properties, and connect residents to necessary services. Build relationships with residents to support housing stability and well-being Assist with certifications, re-certifications, rent collection, and compliance documentation Conduct property inspections and report maintenance issues Support emergency response efforts and incident reporting Supervise on-site staff and oversee performance in the absence of the Community Manager Job Skills/Requirements
12 years of residential property management experience, including affordable housing Prior supervisory or team leadership experience Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems like RealPage Ability to manage complex situations with professionalism and empathy Additional Information
Travel between properties may be required Occasional evening or weekend hours Supportive team culture, career advancement opportunities, and mission-driven work Opportunities for growth in compliance, operations, or supportive housing leadership Pay Range $22.00 $25.00/hour
