Bilingual Call Center Representative

to join our client's team in Addison, TX. This role involves supporting licensed agents by managing customer inquiries across phone, email, and occasional outbound calls. This is a fast-paced environment ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic. Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative Location: Addison, TX Work Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | Overtime required during peak times (1st and 15th of each month) Type of Employment: Contract-to-Hire | Onsite Compensation: $17.50 / Hour (contract) Industry: Customer Service / Insurance Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism and clarity Make occasional outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or provide updates Respond to emails from agents regarding services, policies, and account information Handle a daily workload of approximately 100 interactions (calls/emails combined) Accurately document account updates and interactions within internal systems Support agents with troubleshooting needs or system navigation assistance Collaborate with internal team members to resolve issues efficiently Stay informed about client products, services, and updates Qualifications:

1+ year of experience

in a customer service role (call center or similar environment) Bilingual in

English and Spanish
