Our client is a well-established, mid-sized organization in the property industry based in New York. They are recognized for their strong track record in developing and managing affordable housing, with a particular focus on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Job Description

Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of LIHTC properties, ensuring full regulatory compliance Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reporting for each property Partner with property management teams to drive operational performance Maintain strong relationships with investors and lenders through regular interaction Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and long-term performance Monitor and interpret changes in LIHTC regulations, providing guidance on potential impacts Conduct property site visits as needed to ensure standards are met Address and resolve property-related issues or disputes in a timely manner MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Required Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and regulations Proven experience in property or asset management, with a focus on affordable housing Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Excellent communication and relationship management abilities Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: Experience conducting property site visits and overseeing operational performance improvements Background in resolving property-related issues or disputes Familiarity with investor and lender relations in affordable housing Advanced problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset What's on Offer
