Project Manager
Responsible for managing medium- to large-size projects relating to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), with a focus on customer growth. The position is located in Oshkosh, WI. However, remote work may be considered for qualified candidates who are open to limited travel, as required. Your Impact Create and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance. Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to accomplish program objectives, including change management. Plans and directs medium to large projects to completion. Ability to analyze complex data to determine the best course of action. Responsible for growth with customer. Assisting in the creation of sales and growth strategy. Kickoff proposal responses to Request For Proposals/Request For Quotes. Manages project scope, cost, timeline, integrated schedules, EVM (cost, schedule, and materials), and risk assessment. Accepts and delegates authority, established priorities for work delegated to others. Monitor product quality and process control and suggest improvements as needed. Coordinate communication between suppliers, customers, and team members (e.g., Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly, Service, Testing, Quality Control, and Marketing departments) as needed. Prepare and present program status/issues to internal and external customers. Identify and coordinate all project scope change requests for approval. Work with contract management to meet requirements of the contract. Participate in project proposal writing efforts. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 4 plus years of related work experience. Standout Qualifications PMP Certification. Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with government contracting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiar with Power BI. Working Conditions This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings. Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone. Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings. Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files. Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $132,800.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
