Restaurant General Manager Benefits and Compensation: Base salary: $52,00-$58,000 depending on experience Quarterly performance bonus potential Healthcare stipend Paid time off Two days off per week (no late nights) Career growth opportunities with an expanding franchise group Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications: 15 years of recent General Manager experience Fast casual restaurant or QSR concept experience required Proven ability to lead with professionalism, emotional maturity, and strong communication skills Hands-on leader able to maintain a positive work environment while holding staff accountable Financial acumen: ability to review COGS and labor reports, identify opportunities, and create actionable improvement plans Proactive and organized with experience in forecasting, intelligent scheduling, strategic prep, and ordering Flexible schedule with availability for early morning shifts Able to set boundaries and reset standards without creating a negative atmosphere Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills: Strong track record of improving operations and building high-performing teams Comfortable training and coaching on operational systems and processes Skilled in balancing operational demands with excellent guest service Experience leading both FOH and BOH operations in a fast-paced environment Experience managing drive-thru operations preferred
