Restoration Project Manager

As the Restoration Manager, you will oversee all aspects of projects and crews ensuring excellent customer service and quality work. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Key responsibilities include ensuring an accurate scope of work for restoration projects, negotiating with customers and/or clients for approval of restoration activities, scheduling, coordinating and overseeing crews, assets and subcontractors to provide service on active projects, reviewing job site documentation to support the services provided and ensuring proper client requirements and billing process, maintaining all communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives, managing production expenses including labor, equipment, vehicles, and other assets, managing the customer and client experience and overall satisfaction, and actively engaging in recruiting, hiring, and training teammates. Position requirements include a valid driver's license, high school diploma/GED; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred, at least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience, at least 3 years of industry experience, IICRC certifications required = Water/Fire/Mold/Trauma/Bio & Commercial, demonstrated leadership & organizational skills, and technology use. Skills/physical demands/competencies include the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics), ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, ability to work with/around cleaning agents, and ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. Pay starts at $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based upon experience.
