Director of Property Management
to lead this initiative from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build a vertically integrated management platform within a high-growth investment firm, with full autonomy over team building, operational systems, and resident experience strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the operational strategy for a newly formed student housing property management division Recruit, train, and oversee on-site and regional property management teams Implement technology platforms and SOPs to support scalable, high-performing operations Oversee lease-ups, renewals, rent collections, maintenance, and vendor relationships across a growing portfolio Ensure regulatory compliance, strong resident retention, and top-tier service delivery Serve as a strategic advisor to ownership, contributing to acquisitions, capital planning, and asset performance Qualifications: 10+ years of property management experience, with significant leadership in
student housing Proven success in launching or scaling a management platform (or leading a regional portfolio) Deep understanding of student leasing cycles, marketing, and operations Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build culture and infrastructure from scratch Experience with property management software and reporting systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
