Your Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and receive customers, determining the nature of their visit and notifying the appropriate team members.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the practice.
Provide information about clinic features to our visitors.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while taking messages when needed.
Check in new patients and collect essential information during their first visit.
Verify insurance information for patient appointments.
Notify clinicians upon patient arrival and readiness for their appointments.
Schedule appointments for returning patients as needed.
Print or reprint appointment reminders and any necessary school/work excuses.
Make necessary changes to the patient schedule when required.
Coordinate payment arrangements and resolve account-related issues.
Receive, store, and deliver shipments and mail efficiently.
Process payments and accurately post them to patient accounts.
Update patient charts and information as required.
Drive internal marketing initiatives and promote team participation.
Your Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong listening skills to comprehend information effectively.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
One year of administrative experience is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
