The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - Staunton, VA will be responsible for: Lead and manage all phases of large commercial construction projects Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control Ensure safety standards and company policies are maintained on all job sites Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet timelines and budget goals Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - Staunton, VA will have: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Approximately 10 years of combined industry experience, with significant time managing large-scale commercial construction projects Strong understanding of all construction phases, from site development to completion Experience with projects valued $20M - $150M+ K-12 or higher education project experience is a plus, but not required Demonstrated long-term tenure with current and previous employers Strong written and verbal communication skills The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - Staunton, VA will receive: Base Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 (commensurate with experience) Annual Bonus Vehicle Allowance: $850/month Phone Allowance 401(k) with Employer Match Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (HSA and POS plan options) Paid Time Off: 2 weeks to start Sick Leave + Paid Company Holidays MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
