Virtual Service Associate

As a Virtual Service Associate, your day will be filled with opportunities to complete virtual customer banking transactions, sell and cross-sell bank products and services, and provide exceptional customer service. Provide customer service by selling bank products, and assisting customers with questions concerning accounts. Customer service and cash handling experience combined with math and balancing accuracy skills are important while Stock Yards Bank will provide a professional environment to continually improve the candidate's skills to further his/her career goals for advancement within the banking profession. Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Exemplify our 212 commitment to service Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc. Cash checks following SYB check cashing policy Retain and expand customer relationships Assist customers with questions and/or concerns Dispatch technicians to resolve ITM machine issues as needed Perform various tasks for other departments of the Bank Consultative Selling Engaging customers and prospects to uncover needs and offer solutions. Assist other Departments as needed Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 6 months banking experience PC proficiency Good communication skills both written and verbal Professional appearance and demeanor Basic Word and Excel knowledge Benefits
