We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Client Service Representative (Entry Level) . This role is perfect for recent graduates, career starters, or anyone who enjoys working with people and is eager to gain hands-on experience in

customer service, client relations, and problem-solving .

No prior experience is required – we provide

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing

friendly and professional support

Answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction

Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client accounts

Collaborate with team members to meet company goals and service standards

Track client interactions and provide feedback to improve processes

Learn the fundamentals of

customer service, communication, and account support

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, outgoing, and

customer-focused attitude

Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment

High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

Must be

18 or older

and authorized to work in the U.S.

Previous experience in customer service is helpful but not required
