Night Auditor

As the Night Auditor at Hampton Inn Biloxi / Ocean Springs, you are the key team member responsible for ensuring a smooth overnight operation, providing exceptional guest service, and balancing daily hotel transactions. This position combines the roles of front desk agent and accounting clerk, making it vital to both guest satisfaction and operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-in and provide information about the hotel and local area Perform nightly audits of daily revenue, verify accuracy of all charges, and prepare end-of-day financial reports Balance and post charges to guest accounts; ensure all payments and transactions are correctly recorded Set up and prepare breakfast area for morning service Respond to overnight guest requests, issues, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency Ensure lobby, front desk, and guest areas are clean, secure, and welcoming Perform wake-up calls and other front desk duties as needed Monitor the property and ensure all Hilton and hotel security policies are followed Prepare and distribute reports for management and departments as needed Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong attention to detail and basic math/accounting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and handle overnight shift responsibilities Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Hilton OnQ experience is a plus) Must be dependable and able to work a flexible overnight schedule including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain alert and on your feet throughout the overnight shift Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed Benefits Include
