Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Program Manager - Strategic Customer Orders. This position is remote for those candidates living in the surrounding geographical area of Asheville NC area, Fayetteville NC area, or Greenwood SC area. The Program Manager for Strategic Customer Orders is responsible for leading and managing high-impact customer programs from initiation through delivery. This role ensures cross-functional coordination, timely execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer engagements, driving alignment across internal teams and delivering results that meet or exceed customer expectations. The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In this role: Lead strategic customer programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely and successful program execution. Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure delivery milestones are met. Serve as the primary customer interface, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a cross functional team environment. This position is remote for those living in the following geographical areas: Greenwood South Carolina, Fayetteville North Carolina, or Asheville North Carolina areas. Must be willing to travel 25%. Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, in a manufacturing or industrial environment. PMP certification. Experience with strategic customer engagement and relationship management. Experience with Power Distribution and Control Products. Familiarity with electrical products and solutions.
