Patient Services Manager
We're looking for a dynamic Patient Services Manager to lead our patient experience initiatives and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving patient satisfaction and driving service quality across departments. Key Responsibilities: Champion patient satisfaction by implementing feedback-driven improvements. Oversee food service quality, including tray line operations, to ensure nutritional standards and patient preferences are met. Collaborate closely with the operations team to align services with patient needs. Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery. Lead, train, and develop a team of Patient Ambassadors to deliver compassionate, high-touch care. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in patient services or healthcare hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Budget management and team development experience preferred.
