This opportunity is with a family-owned Developer/General Contractor specializing in multifamily construction. Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects within the property industry. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Oversee and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders. Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements in construction activities. Monitor progress and conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment with project goals. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
