Fulfillment Coordinator will perform a variety of routine shipping, receiving, customer support, and housekeeping tasks. 50% of the day is packing light products, 50% of the day is verifying orders and confirming shipments. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving

-Receive and Unload incoming materials (including Field Returns). Verifies the BOL is accurate to pallet and carton counts. Noting all over, short and damages.

-Verifies packing list is accurate to contents and advises lead & supervisor of any discrepancies.

-Receives material against system generated purchase orders & stocks all material within 24 hours of receipt (includes sorting, counting, packing, labeling).

-Distribute non-inventory packages as required

-Other duties as assigned

Shipping

-Prepares and packs material for Customer shipments.

-Responsible for Quality Assurance of shipment contents.

-Responds quickly to urgent, customer facing issues.

-Assists in the loading and unloading of trucks

-Support Timely and Accurate fulfillment and shipment of maintenance work orders.

-Prepares shipments for 'RTV' Return to Vendor or RMA

-Other duties as assigned

Inventory Control

-Follows and supports initiatives to improve and ensure inventory accuracy throughout

-Assist with daily cycle inventory counts and reconciliation to validate inventory accuracy.

-Support Production with timely and accurate material requests.

-Responsible for all asset movement and returns/RMA material

-Other duties as assigned

-Valid Drivers License (minimal driving on behalf of company).

-Knowledge of general warehouse, shipping and receiving best practices (includes international shipments), inventory management practices.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
