R2P Manager
Location: This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to be located near one of our three corporate offices: Purchase, NY, Plano, TX or Chicago, IL. The role requires an in-office presence of two days per week. Relocation assistance will not be provided. The R2P process in North America annually supports millions of transactions with tens of thousands of suppliers across thousands of end users. R2P is on a journey to improve the end user experience, minimize unnecessary cost and waste, and standardize the process in all ways possible. Responsibilities
The R2P Manager will lead and partner on the deployment of Request-to-Pay initiatives across PepsiCo's North American Business Units. Everything will be done with a full end-to-end view and will include driving process, system, and organizational optimization. This role is pivotal in aligning operational execution with PepsiCo's global procurement strategy, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and data integrity across the R2P lifecycle. The optimal candidate will have prior applied experience in or supporting the R2P business processes. Additionally helpful is intermediate to expert level knowledge and use of the SAP procurement tools/technology. Deployment & Optimization: Lead and partner on rollouts of R2P solutions (ex: standard workflows, best practice/process, buying channel optimization, SAP configuration, ) in alignment with OneNA transformation goals Workshop, pilot, and scale processes and solution-specific enhancements before turning over to Production Drive the agenda by way of managing conversations and meetings, associated with process improvement work efforts Highlight/Frame/track opportunities for system improvement (Ariba, S4 Procurement) Liaise with tech and enabling partners to bring solutions to life (requirements, testing, deployment) Work with the broader R2P Team, E2E business functions in the process, Project and Change Management, and Consultants to drive process improvements Collaborate with all stakeholders in the process this will include but won't be limited to procurement, service delivery, suppliers, end users Facilitate working groups and stakeholder reviews to track progress Identify with and advocate for end user in the process Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Experience & Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and S/4HANA procure to pay solutions Proven track record utilizing SAP procurement solutions to enable efficient process and quality user experience Understanding of procurement operations Understanding of SAP's supplier master data construct Ability to interpret volumetrics and drive data-informed decisions Knowledge of NA buyers, understanding of plant activities. Able to work in a cross functional environment multiple partners Able to work in an environment with some ambiguity Attributes: Process-oriented and detail-driven Analytical mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable navigating complex matrix organizations and cross-functional teams. Bias for action Curious about emerging applications of AI in the space Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of professional work experience, at least 3 years in a sector/operating unit-based role Procurement Process Experience (SAP S/4, Ariba specifically) Experience in transformation initiatives with track record of executing and delivering in uncertain and ambiguous context Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
