Marketing And Communications Coordinator

Develops and implements marketing and communications plans, content, documents, and activities. Coordinates program logistics for partner engagement meetings, trainings, and other convenings. Plans and implements community engagement activities, including the ambassador program and community outreach events. Coordinates implementation of strategic initiatives, project activities, schedules meetings, communicates with stakeholders, tracks progress, and ensures timely completion. Plans for and coordinates major organizational initiatives, project activities and ensures all tasks are completed on time. Communicates project updates and progress to leadership, team members, and stakeholders. Manages project documentation and maintains accurate records. Assists in budget tracking and financial reporting for the project. Facilitates meetings and ensures action items are followed up on. Identifies and resolves project issues and escalates as needed. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent education and experience, required. Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Ability to work collaboratively with people of diverse backgrounds, required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, required. Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, and creativity. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication required to engage a diverse group of stakeholders. Must be able to organize and coordinate multiple project deadlines and deliverables while keeping attention to detail. Meeting facilitation skills, preferred. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Three years of relevant professional experience, required. Occasionally: Bend/twist, Climb stairs/ladder, Cold Temperatures, Flexing/extending of neck, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs, Pushing / Pulling: 26-40 lbs, Reaching above shoulder, Squat/kneel Frequently: Driving motor vehicles (work required) *additional testing may be required, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Hot Temperatures, Interpreting Data, Peripheral vision, Standing, Walking, Working Outdoors Continuously: Audible speech, Color vision, Computer skills, Decision Making, Depth perception, Hearing acuity, Problem solving, Repetitive hand/arm use, Seeing Far/near, Sitting
