Overview SAP FICO Solution Architect — Location: Newark, CA (Onsite) — Type: Long-term Contract / Full-time We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Solution Architect with deep expertise in both Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, coupled with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing and delivering end-to-end business process solutions in S/4 HANA , acting as a bridge between business leaders and technical teams. This role requires a mix of hands-on functional expertise and strategic solution design , with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful delivery in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO (FI and CO) solutions in S/4 HANA. Serve as a bridge between business leaders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements. Provide hands-on functional expertise and contribute to strategic solution design. Influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely, successful delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in SAP FICO with deep knowledge of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO). Strong expertise in S/4 HANA architecture and delivering end-to-end business process solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate onsite in Newark, CA; willing to work in a long-term contract / full-time capacity.
