Job Location: Hilton Head Island, SC 29926
Job Duration: 12 plus Months contract As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for
Will focus on Laser Transmitter manufacturing and works within a cleanroom environment performing day-to-day operational needs of the business.
He/ She assists in the build techniques to ensure the successful product output from the cleanroom and laser operations area. Develops techniques and procedures for building lasers
Assembles and tests optical, mechanical, and electrical subassemblies.
Completes optical bonding, cleaning, and inspection of laser units with high attention to detail.
Builds wiring harness, solders and performs PCB assembly of electrical and electrooptical subassemblies.
Responsible for ensuring that specified quality standards are met for all tasks completed.
Perform job duties in a manner that maintains compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures
High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 to 2 years of prior relevant experience.
3+ years contributing to a manufacturing environment is a plus
