Job Description

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a full-time, part-time or PRN on-site LPN/RN located in Utah (Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Cache counties). The LPN/RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with medical protocols, performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse will also educate patients and their families about health conditions and daily management strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification
• Proficiency in administering medications and managing medication schedules
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Experience in educating patients and families about health conditions
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines
